Environmental Sustainability Policy

At V12 Trackside International, we recognize our responsibility to minimize our environmental impact while maintaining high standards in retail operations at major events worldwide. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our approach to procurement, partnerships, and production practices.

Sustainable Sourcing and Ethical Supply Chain

V12 Trackside International primarily sources merchandise from established manufacturers, ensuring that our suppliers adhere to strict environmental and ethical standards. We work with partners who demonstrate transparency and traceability in their supply chains, comply with fair labour practices, and uphold policies against child labour, forced labour, and unsafe working conditions. Additionally, we engage with suppliers who implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste, energy consumption, and emissions in their production processes.

Responsible Manufacturing

On select projects where V12 Trackside International holds licensing rights to produce merchandise, we take additional steps to ensure ethical and environmentally responsible manufacturing. While this represents a small portion of our overall product offering, we are committed to partnering with suppliers who share our values in sustainability. The manufacturers we work with have undergone independent audits and are certified by globally recognized sustainability standards, including: GCL International, Organic Content Standard (OCS) (Version 3.0), Global Recycled Standard (GRS) (Version 4.0), and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) (Version 2.0).

Sustainability in Daily Operations

Beyond our supply chain and production commitments, we integrate sustainability into our everyday business practices. Our European office and warehouse are fully powered by electricity and have achieved the KfW Efficiency House 40 Plus certification, one of Germany's highest standards for energy efficiency. This certification signifies that our facility consumes only 40% of the primary energy of a conventional building, utilizing superior insulation, energy-efficient ventilation systems, and renewable energy sources. Furthermore, we prioritize environmentally responsible shipping by opting for DHL's GoGreen Plus program, a solution designed to offset carbon emissions and support sustainability initiatives within their logistics network.

We also prioritize responsible waste management across all aspects of our operations. In our offices, we actively minimize waste through recycling programs, reduced paper usage, and responsible disposal practices. At events, we strictly adhere to waste management procedures set by organizers and venue operators, ensuring proper segregation, recycling, and disposal of materials in compliance with local regulations. By following these guidelines, we contribute to cleaner and more sustainable event environments.

Ongoing Commitment to Environmental Responsibility

We continuously assess our environmental impact and explore ways to improve sustainability across our operations. This includes reducing waste in our retail spaces, optimizing logistics to lower carbon emissions, and promoting responsible material choices. As we grow, we remain dedicated to implementing best practices that align with evolving global sustainability standards.

Through these efforts, V12 Trackside International strives to balance commercial success with environmental stewardship, ensuring that our retail operations contribute positively to the global sustainability movement.
